Following your scheduled in-person or virtual meeting with the ownership of The Republic Gun Club, payment information will be collected and securely stored in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Upon approval of your membership application, you hereby acknowledge and agree that all payments shall be made exclusively via (ACH) bank transfer. No other forms of payment will be accepted. You further authorize The Republic Gun Club to initiate recurring monthly ACH debits from your designated bank account on the first calendar day of each month. By signing this agreement, you agree to a minimum membership commitment of twelve (12) consecutive months, during which monthly dues are non-refundable.
By signing this Agreement, the Applicant certifies and affirms the following:
- I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older.
- I am a citizen of the United States or a lawful permanent resident.
- I have never been convicted of a crime of violence, and I am not prohibited by any federal, state, or local law from owning or possessing a firearm.
- I understand and accept that membership in the Republic Gun Club requires upholding the highest standards of good citizenship and sportsmanship.
I have reviewed and understand the Republic Gun Club Rules and the RGC Range Rules, and I acknowledge that any violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of my membership without refund. I agree to comply fully with all present and future policies, safety regulations, and procedures established by RGC.
I acknowledge that the RGC Board of Directors may, at its sole discretion and as part of a formal review process, require a background investigation to evaluate my participation or behavior relating to club or range activities. I hereby consent to such an investigation if requested.
I recognize and understand that participation in shooting sports and the use of firearms involves significant risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, and death. I expressly acknowledge and accept the inherent dangers of firearm use. I hereby freely, knowingly, and voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation in RGC activities.
In consideration of being granted membership and permission to use the facilities of the Republic Gun Club, I hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Republic Gun Club and its officers, directors, owners, partners, agents, brokers, employees, insurers, assignees, and all other affiliated persons or entities, from any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from my actions or omissions. This indemnification extends to my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
Minors (anyone under the age of 21) must be accompanied and directly supervised by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult member at all times while on RGC premises. The parent or guardian shall be fully responsible for the conduct and safety of the Minor and shall assume all liability and risks on their behalf.
Founders Club Members and Republic Members may bring guests to the Republic Gun Club in accordance with their membership benefits and current Guest Policy, which may be updated from time to time. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests complete any required waivers and safety briefings prior to using the range. Members shall be fully responsible for the conduct, actions, and safety compliance of their guests and shall be held liable for any violations or damages caused by guests.
If accepted to RGC, membership dues, initiation fees, and any other applicable charges shall be paid in accordance with the RGC’s current fee schedule. Dues are non-refundable except as otherwise determined by the Board of Directors in their sole discretion. Failure to pay dues or fees in a timely manner may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges. RGC reserves the right to adjust dues or fees with notice to the membership.
By signing below, I affirm that:
- I have read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement.
- I agree to abide by the Republic Gun Club's rules, regulations, and policies.
- I assume full responsibility for my conduct while participating in any club-related activities.
- I accept the terms of this Agreement as a condition of my membership in the Republic Gun Club.
